2.8 Removing the C&P 6/12 placement head

Keep all the screws for the conversion in a suitable container. 2
To protect the placement heads and cameras, you should always leave them in their packaging.2
: Switch the placement machine on at the main switch.
: Plug a USB stick or another suitable storage medium into the USB slot on the station computer.

: Save the machine data to the storage medium.
: Run the machine until it is empty and set down the nozzles.
: Dock the component trolleys out of the placement machine.

: To remove the nozzle changer, please read the assembly instructions for the X series nozzle
changer (item no.:00194482-).

Risk of a head crash: Always run the placement heads with the appropriate nozzle changer. The
wrong nozzle changer causes a risk of a head crash. 2
