Clean all the openings of the pressure control
valve with a compressed air pistol.
Observe the order of work:(1) to(5).

Clean the inside with a lint-free cloth soaked in
isopropyl.

Fit the elbow pipe connector and fasten this with
a torque of 0.2Nm.

Clean the plunger with a lint-free cloth soaked in
isopropyl.
Fig.146: Grease the plunger
Grease the plunger slightly at the higher positions
with Isoflex Topas 5051.
Remove any excess grease from the gaps.

Push the valve plunger back into the PRV.
The nib of the plunger must engage in the recess
on the valve.
Check by trying to turn the plunger. If it can be
turned, the nib has not yet engaged in the recess.
You might need to use the tool provided (see
next step).

Insert the white plastic ring. Turn the ring so that
the opening of the ring is level with the groove.

Grease the O-ring all around with a lint-free cot-
ton swab and "Isoflex Topas
5051" [03078517‑xx].
Now insert the O-ring into the housing.

swab and "Isoflex Topas 5051" [03078517‑xx].
