9.21.4 Replacing the vacuum nozzle
Disconnect the compressed air hose from the vacuum nozzle.
Replace the vacuum nozzle (see item 5 in Fig. 9.21.1).
Carry out a function test using the SITEST program.
9.21.5 Replacing the distributor and O-rings
Dismantle the encoder housing as described in Section 9.13 on page 9 - 103.
Pull the distributor (item 8 in Fig. 9.21.1) out of the hole in the lifting carriage housing.
Replace the O-rings (see items 9 and 10 in Fig. 9.21.1).
Insert a new distributor, if necessary.
Fit the head and then carry out a function test using the SITEST program.

Switch the placement machine off at the main switch and disconnect from the power supply.
Remove connector X1 of cable Y0577 (point 5 in Fig. 9.22.1) from terminal X1 on board Y0029.
Remove connector X3 (point 6 in Fig. 9.22.1) of the lens system lighting cable from terminal X2 on board
Y0029.
Remove connector X1 of the PCB camera cable Y0597 (see item 2 in Fig. 9.22.1) from the PCB camera
amplifier.
Dismantle the red retaining bracket.
Loosen the 4 M3 hexagon socket-head screws (see item 6 in Fig. 9.22.2) for fixing the PCB camera holder
(see item 5 in Fig. 9.22.2).
