1.2.4 Calibrating the single-vision camera scale
When calibrating the single-vision camera scale, the same glass QFP as for multi-vision
camera adjustment is used. Have the glass QFP ready before beginning calibration.
c
CAUTION
Single-vision cameras are optional. The number of single-vision cameras installed in one
machine depends on the machine's specifications. (No single-vision cameras are installed in
standard specification machines.) Check your machine's specifications.
In the single-vision camera adjustment dialog box, the single-vision camera number is shown
as "Analog single 1" or "Analog single 2" when the second single-vision camera is installed.
1
Check the "Adjust Mode" parameter and PCB data.
Calibration of the single-vision camera scale uses a glass QFP, so the machine must be
set to "Adjust Mode2" and the "MCH_SETUP" PCB data loaded into the machine.
You can check the currently selected PCB data and "Adjust Mode" on the status bar.
Status bar display
Status bar shows currently selected PCB data and "Adjust Mode".
