Nozzle Changers
► Fix the nozzle changer onto the two holders with four
screws DIN912-M5x14-8.8 [03045068-xx].
Installation position for nozzle changer in front of MTC
Before the nozzle changer can be fitted onto the COT in-
sert contact surface, the pressure plate from the upgrade
kit must be screwed to the left side of the nozzle changer
holder.
Right side
► Fit the support plate and insert the nozzle changer
holder into its installation position.
► Fix the nozzle changer holder to the contact surface
of the COT insert with a screws each at (1) and (2),
on the right sides.
Left side
► Fix the holder on the left side to the front point (3) and
the back point (not visible on photo).
Item (4) shows the fixture points on the pressure plate.

Before you can fit the basic assembly for the nozzle changer row 2 and connect the nozzle changer, you
need to remove the nozzle changer in row 1.
► Unplug the connection cable and the compressed air line and then place the nozzle changer to one
side.
► Expose the connection cables x1*b, x1*c and x1*d.
Fixture points on COT insert
The installation place for the basic assembly is behind the
first row of nozzle changers. This basic assembly is fixed
by the middle fixture points on the left and right (1) to the
COT insert support.
