2.1.1 Features
• Capable of checking and correcting tape feeders (pneumatic and motorized feeders).
• Wheel position judgment is enabled (to prevent pickup error and mispositioning).
• Images through the camera can be checked on the monitor screen. (Monochrome image is displayed
even on a color monitor since black−and−white signals are used to output image.)
• One−touch field changeover function, which is convenient for checking the double feeder, eliminates
the need for moving the table.
• The clamp reset lever enables the feeder attaching/detaching works to be reduced.
=REMARKS=
Since the view of the camera is 2 mm long by 2.7 mm wide, the position of the components
exceeding the view size cannot be checked at the component pickup position.
Depending on the color/shape of the component, it could be difficult to see the component position
for checking with embossed carrier tape, etc.

The wheel position for the pneumatic feeders and motorized feeders of 32 mm paper cannot be
checked. (Only the operation check will be made.)
