If the unit has not been installed properly, expected functions cannot be attained. Install the unit on the
location where the following conditions can be met:
Environmental Requirements
Adequate electric capacity to the unit
The power supply voltage fluctuation is within ±5%
Supply air of 0.4MPa and adequate flowrate must be assured.
The room temperature is in the range of 10−30°C. (The same environment as this machine is
recommended if more stable wheel adjustment is required for 0603, 8 mm feeders.)
The humidity is in the range of 20−90% with no dew formation.
Capable of sustaining the mass of the unit and the workload. (Capable enduring a load of 500N
(50 kgf))
No considerable vibration
No inflammable or corrosive gas is around
No dust and/or soot

Use a ground cable of the power cord without fail.

This unit complies with the essential health and safety requirements in accordance with the
industrial provisions of EC Council Directives. Accordingly, the electrical components, cables and
devices must be our recommended maintenance−parts. Our customers should not remodel unit
by another maintenance−parts all by oneself.

Disturbance of TV Monitor due to Electromagnetic Noise
If this unit is exposed to strong radiation field or strong magnetic field, the connected TV monitor
may be disturbed. But this does not cause functional loss.

The cables to be connected between the feeder adjust unit and the power box should not be laid
on the floor but should be placed on the desk, etc.
