5.7 Nozzle Filter Insertion Procedure
(3) Insert the nozzle into the nozzle set position. At this time, face the nozzle clearance for
nozzle filter must face toward the acrylic block (in the direction of white arrow).
Make sure to face the nozzle clearance in the correct direction.

(4) Press the acrylic block and move the slider in the direction of white arrow to insert the
nozzle filter into the nozzle clearance.

5.7 Nozzle Filter Insertion Procedure
• Filter replacement jig for 15 high-speed nozzles
Prepare following items in advance.
• Replacement part of high-speed nozzle stocker for G5S/G5S2 (KYB-M3806-000)
• High-speed nozzles for G5S/G5S2
• Filter replacement jig (KYX-M3807-000)
• Filter remove support jig (KYX-M3852-000)
• Filter remove pin (KYX-M381A-000)
• Tweezers (KYB-M380Y-000)

high-speed nozzle stocker

(1) Slide the nozzle stocker shutter to keep it opening.
(2) Store high-speed nozzles in the high-speed nozzle stocker. Make sure that each hole for
filter remove pin of all nozzles locate the positions as below.

(3) Set the high-speed nozzle stocker which shutter is open to the filter remove support jig.

(4) Insert filter remove pin into the hole on nozzle to push out air filter in the nozzle.

Do not reuse removed air filter.
(5) Detach acrylic block of filter replacement jig. Set new air filters in the filter positioning
holes in the jig.

Insert air filter fully into the hole with tweezers for line accessory (KYB-M380Y-000) or similar
tool.
