Do not blow air to cleaning sections with an air gun.
When the air is blown, dirt or dust inside the machine
will disperse,which may adhere to the sensors,
control boards and moving mechanisms causing
machine failures.

When the scrap box is filled with the tape with
no components, draw the scrap box out and
remove such tape.
Reel Box
Every Day Cleaning
Required Time:5minutes
Clean the dust and debris at the bottom of the
reel box using a vacuum cleaner, or open the
cover and drop any dust and debris into the
scrap box.

4.6.1 Cutter Unit cleaning
Cycle: Every 3 Months (Required Time : 20 minutes)
CAUTION
After making sure that the power supply has been stopped,
start maintenance. During maintenance, do not touch the
cutter blade.
(1) Remove the truss head screws (1 each on left and right) mounting the lower slope. Loosen
the truss head screws at the bottom (1 each on left and right). Detach the lower slope.
