Check Every 1000 Hours (Once Two Months)
1-6-3 Cleaning and Greasing the Cam Box 2
This unit has two cams which carry out tape feeding and adhesive tape (option) feeding.
1. Remove upper 2 screws of 4 ones
fixing the cover.
2. Remove 2 lower screws, holding the
cover by hand.
3. Clean the lever fulcrum, spring, and
cam face, then apply grease.
(Oil : VALIANT U2)
1.Lever fulcrum
Grease lever fulcrum through grease nipple.
2.Spring
Directly apply grease to hook and joint.
3.Cam face
Directly apply grease to cam face.
∗ After finishing to grease, set the cover removed
at the procedure 2.

1-6-5 Cleaning and Greasing the Elevating Unit
Transfer head moves from pickup to mounting parts along to the rib cam. Also, the motor practicing
theta rotation of transfer head is set. The operation is carried out on the front side.
Clean the linear bearing, spline shaft,
cam follower, and spring, then apply
grease.
(Oil : VALIANT U2)
1.Linear bearing
Grease slider.
2.Spline shaft
Directly apply grease to the spline shaft.
3.Spline shaft
Directly apply grease to the spline shaft.
4.Cam follower
Directly apply grease to the cam follower.
5.Spring (ALBANIA 2)
Directly apply grease to the hook and joint.
6.Linear bearing
Apply grease to two points at the slider of the
rear side of spring.
∗ Apply grease to it at the right side of the
“Mount angle correction” and the left side of the
“Nozzle selection head theta rotation.”
Applying grease to “3. Nozzle Retraction Guide Spline Shaft”
1.Grease can be applied to the upper part of
nozzle retraction guide with the power off.
2.Grease can be applied to the lower part of
nozzle retraction guide holding the plate by
hand.
∗ Apply grease to the shaft on the right side of
“Mount angle correction” station and that on
the left side of “Nozzle selection head theta
rotation” station.
∗ Be careful not to give shock to the board
recognition camera.
