11. Set the main axis motor to 473 pulse
by hand.
12. Install the lever type dial gauge on the
linear of NC axis.
Be careful not to damage the linear.
13. Install the lever type dial gauge to the
nozzle loosening lever.
Set the lever type dial gauge to the right side of
the nozzle loosening lever horizontally.

drawing part with the 13mm spanner
wrench.
16. Adjust the nozzle loosening lever to
the position shown below with a
10mm spanner wrench, and set the
dial gauge to 0.

17. Adjust the nozzle loosening lever so
that it comes into the gap of A (be-
tween nozzle numbers 1 and 2), rotat-
ing the head, and so that it is between
+ 0.05mm and 0.15mm head, turning
the wrench to the Extends (+) direc-
tion.
If it is over the standard, the nozzle may not
work properly, or may be damaged.
18. Tighten the nuts of the rod end of
nozzle drawing part at the upper and
lower positions.
19. Check that the scale of dial gauge is
within the range of + 0.05mm to
0.15mm.
