Supply grease to the slider A of the No. 8 station from the mounting side.
Grease supplying spot for the linearways B and C
Supply grease to the sliders B and C of the No. 7 station from the mounting side.

appears.
2. Press Return to origin .
• Each station returns to origin.
3. Press Stage escape .
4. Press
UNLOCK
and Yes .
• Stage is retracted.

• The “Inching” screen reappears.
6. Press Main axis .
7. Turn off the servo switch.
8. Open the frontr safety cover.
9. Make sure of the supplying spots, and
supply grease to the linearways A ,
B and C .
10. Press
UNLOCK
and .
∗ Shift the head to the next one.
∗ Supply grease to all the 12 heads.
11. When you have supplied grease to all
the 12 heads, press twice.
• The “Main menu” screen reappears.
