Changing the Consumable Parts Every 1500 to 6000 Hours
1-7-2 Changing the Vacuum Silicon Tube [1500 Hours]
Change the vacuum silicon tube under the elevating unit at the regular interval.
It can be removed and set easily by hand.
∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” on the “Machine adjustment menu”
screen. If they have already been done, this is
unnecessary.
1. Turn off the servo switch.
2. Open the rear center safety cover.
3. Change the vacuum silicon tubes.
4. Close the rear center safety cover.
5. Turn on the servo switch.
6. Move the main axis by steps, and
change the silicon tubes on other
elevating unit.
∗ Step movement of main axis
“1-4-1 Cleaning and Changing the
Nozzles”
∗ Check the operation at “Checking the vacuum
pressure at the tip of nozzle” after it.
“8. Checking the vacuum pressure at the
tip of nozzle” in “1-4-1 Cleaning and

Changing the Oil for Indexing Device [3000 Hours (500 Hours at the First Time)]
The operation is carried out at the rear side of machine.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the rear center safety cover and
upper cover.
3. Remove the cap of filler opening.
4. Set the oil receiver under the waste
opening.
5. Remove the plug (PT 3/8) for waste
opening with a wrench.
6. Open the cock and empty the oil
receiver.
7. After casting off oil, close the cock
and plug for the waste opening.
8. Fill the oil through the filler opening.
(Oil : SYNTHESO HT220)
∗ Fill oil until it reaches to the middle of window.
9. Close the cap for the filler opening.
∗ After operation, check for oil leakage.

1-7-4 Changing the Vacuum Change Valve [3000 Hours]
This section describes exchanging the vacuum change valves.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the front safety cover.
3. Remove the cover of main axis with a
cross screw driver.
4. Remove the yellow connector con-
nected with vacuum change valve
from the head theta motor board.
