Adjusting the nozzle loosening lever
(Adjusting the one for CM88C is unnecessary.)
1. Close the rear center safety cover.
2. Turn on the servo switch.
3. Press

by hand, and rotate the head and
adjust the position visually, so that
the nozzle loosening lever gets into
the gap of A (between nozzle numbers
1 and 2).
NOTICE
Make sure of not contacting the nozzle loosening lever to the nozzle number seal.

11. Set the main axis motor to 473 pulse
by hand.
12. Install the lever type dial gauge on the
linear of NC axis.
∗ Be careful not to damage the linear.
13. Install the lever type dial gauge to the
nozzle loosening lever.
• Set the lever type dial gauge to the right side of
the nozzle loosening lever horizontally.
