1-2-1 Charging the Grease Gun
1.
Unscrew the grease reservoir.
2. Pull down the piston.
3. Fill the reservoir with grease.
4. Refit the reservoir to the grease gun.
5. Release the piston stopper.
• Piston stopper is always working.
∗ The spring pushes the piston, and grease is
supplied to the top of the grease gun.

3. Attach the nozzle tip to the grease
nipple and pull the lever a few times.
4. Clean any surplus grease on the
grease nipple and surrounding of it
with a cloth.
Nozzle is not fully pushed.
Nozzle is properly attached to the nipple.

1. Inject grease into the cylinder, and
then put the piston in there.
• The piston has direction.
• Press out a little grease by pressing the piston
a little.
• Bleed the cylinder of air.
2. Slide the button to “R” with the trigger
pulled.
3. Slide the rod to the right.
