1-5-11 Oil Cooling Box : Cleaning the Filter
The oil cooling box is the unit that cools the lubricating oil of the indexing device.
Remove the dust in the filter that is inhaled from the air. Clean the filter to maintain the cooling
performance.
1. Raise the filter, and pull it.
2. Remove the filter.
3. Clean the filter with a vacuum-cleaner.

NOTICE
Do not contaminate transfer head or reflector of nozzle with alcohol or lubricating
oil. It worsens the reflector early.
1. Removing the transfer head
Remove the nozzle and then the transfer head.
∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” on the “Machine adjustment menu”
screen. If they have already been done, this is
unnecessary.

• The “Machine maintenance menu” screen
appears.
3. Press Head mainte .
• The “Head mainte” screen appears.
4. Turn off the servo switch.
5. Open the rear center safety cover.
6. Remove the nozzle holder.

∗ Make sure of sorting nozzles for each type, not to set at wrong position.
