10, and remove filters from all transfer
heads.
2. Cleaning and changing the filters
1. Remove the waste in the air path and
filter of pin with air guns.
2. Clean the pin and O-ring with a cloth.
∗ Change the damaged parts.
3. Apply grease to O-ring.
(Oil : BARRIERTA IEL/V)
3. Setting the Filter
1. Assemble each part.
∗ Be careful of setting direction of filter.
2. Clean the transfer head side to be
inserted with a cotton bud.
3. Tighten pins with drivers.

This unit is for automatically measuring the detection of nozzle height and chip thickness.
This maintenance is carried out at the rear side.

∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” on the “Machine adjustment menu”
screen. If they have already been done, this is
unnecessary.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the rear center safety cover.
3. Clean the glass face of LED light
emitting and receiving parts with a
clean and soft cloth.
