1. Inject grease into the cylinder, and
then put the piston in there.
• The piston has direction.
• Press out a little grease by pressing the piston
a little.
• Bleed the cylinder of air.
2. Slide the button to “R” with the trigger
pulled.
3. Slide the rod to the right.

pulled.
5. Fit the cylinder containing grease and
the piston to the dispensing gun.
6. Fit the transparent tube to the cylin-
der tip, and connect the transparent
tube with the nozzle.
7. Turn the knob until the arrow on it
points downward. Move the knob to
the arrow direction until the piston in
the dispensing gun touches the one
in the cylinder.
∗ While the arrow of the knob points upward, the
trigger will not move.
• Pull the trigger several times so that grease will
reach the nozzle tip. When you pull the trigger,
grease will be out.
∗ If you feel the lever heavy or grease will not be
out well, pull the knob once.
Then, press and screw it so that the rod gear
will engage, and check the motion.

1-2-4 Greasing Point
NOTICE
Be careful not to leave grease on the belt, in greasing.
Remained grease worsens the belt early.
Main parts requiring lubrication
Linear bearing and ball screw
• For with a grease nipple, use the grease gun to fill grease.
• For without a grease nipple, apply grease to the rail.
This section describes lubrication of linear bearing as an example. Apply grease to the ball screw
alike.
1) Move the nipple to the other end.
• Remove any surplus grease with a cloth.
• Apply grease to the cleaning part.
∗ For the bearing with the opening for nipple, fill
grease through the nipple.
2) Move the sliding unit slowly for all
stroke several times.
