Check Every 560 Hours (Once a Month)
1-5-4 Cleaning and Greasing the Board Holder and X-Y Table
Board holder is the unit for holding the board on X-Y table. X-Y table moves the board up and
down according to the thickness of chip, and moves to the mounting position, regulating the edge
of chip holder (as chip data).
1. Turn off the power.
2. Open the front safety cover.
Board holder
3. Clean the holder with vacuum clean-
ers.
∗ Remove waste or chips.
4. Clean the linear bearing or ball screw
and apply grease.
(Oil : ALBANIA 2)
1. Linear bearing
Apply grease to rail.
2. Gear
Directly apply grease to gear.
3. Ball screw
Apply grease to ball screw.

1. Check the air pressure.
∗ Tolerant range of air pressure
0.5 MPa to 0.8 MPa.
∗ If it is out of the tolerant range, adjust it with the
valve.
2. Check the water receiver.
∗ Before water receiver gets half full with water,
empty it.

BEFORE INSPECTING PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENTS, CUT OFF THE AIR
SUPPLY AND EXHAUST AIR FROM THE EQUIPMENTS.
You will have serious injury if the residual pressure actuates the machine.
Before inspecting pneumatic equipment, cut off the air supply and exhaust the air from the equipment.

1-5-6 Checking the Timing Belt and Pulley
Check the timing belt and pulley.
∗ Before starting operation, carry out “Return to
origin” on the “Machine adjustment menu”
screen. If they have already been done, this
procedure is unnecessary.
1. Turn off the servo switch.
2. Open the rear center safety cover and
upper cover.
3. Remove the cover a and b.
∗ Cover a Loosen 9 bolts.
∗ Cover b Loosen 4 bolts.
4. Check for foreign bodies between the
timing belt and pulley.
∗ Turn the coupling of main motor by hand and
rotate each pulley around to check for them
visually.
