GENERAL CAUTION

Objects should not be placed on the system.

Objects falling off the system can cause accidents.

Such objects can also damage the system exterior and affect the

system's inspection performance.

Before undertaking any replacement of parts or maintenance

servicing, ensure safety by performing the following procedures:

1. To avoid electric shock, turn off the power, and make sure the power

cord is not plugged into the outlet.

2. To avoid burns or injury, let the electric components and units cool

To avoid system malfunction or accidents, operations not described in

the operating instructions should not be performed.

Any problem caused by action in violation of the above item is not

covered by the warranty.

To avoid malfunction or accidents, do not touch any system internal

structure with the exception of components described in this manual.

Connect the earth lead (to prevent electric shock in the event of

current leakage) of the power plug to one of the following items:

・ Earth terminal of power outlet

・ Installed (TypeⅠ-Ⅲ) grounding terminal

・ Pipe permitted as the grounded object by waterworks department

To avoid damage to the cable, the following actions should never be

performed: bending the cord by force, pulling the cord, or placing it

near heating equipment.

To avoid electric shock, do not touch the power plug with a wet hand.

High voltage and current are supplied to the inside of the main unit

of the machine.

Before open the panels on the main unit, please make sure that the

power is turned OFF and do not touch the parts except substrate

transfer system. Otherwise, electric shock to the person may occur.
