FYI: Possible problems of the spindle due to stains
Generation of rust
Although the anti-corrosion stainless steel is used as the material of the spindle,
there is a possibility that rust will form on the spindle, depending on the usage
conditions, which might ultimately result in breakage of the spindle.
Generation of abnormal sound
If contamination adheres to around the outlet of air curtain, wind noise could
be emitted.
Motor failure and galling of the ball bearing section
If the air curtain function is deteriorated, the wheel coolant water will enter
inside the spindle and this could cause failure of the motor.
Also, the degraded function of the ball bearing section could result in galling.
