: Place a catch tray beneath the compressed air maintenance unit.
a Press the drain nozzle on the condensate tank to release the pressure and to drain den con-
densate.

s Remove the condensate tank by turning it counter-clockwise and then pulling it down and out
(bayonet fitting).
d Unscrew the filter casing from the compressed air maintenance unit.
: Replace the filter if it is dirty.
: Reverse the sequence described above to refit the filter and filter casing.

: Open the main compressed air valve once more.

Vacuum the Y-cooling filter mats / replace, if required 6

Machines delivered up until February 2010 are equipped with filter mats. 6
a Vacuum the Y-cooling filter mats (4 filter mats, 2 on each side of the machine).

: When you have vacuumed the filter mats check them for dirt.
Replace them, if they are dirty.
s To do this, remove the upper cover plates that cover the filter mats (4 screws on each side of
the protective hoods.
d Remove the filter mats and insert new ones.
: Fit the cover plates.

Machines delivered from March 2010 are equipped with new metal filters. They do not have to be
replaced any more. 6
a Vacuum the Y-cooling metal filters (4 metal filters, 2 on each side of the machine).

: Close the protective cover.
: Repeat these tasks in every placement area.
