Q-axis Proper Data Measurement

1. Attach the H24 head on the head bench, and then turn the power ON.

2. Start the “Head Check Tool”, and then click [Calibration Data Measurement].

3. Click [Measure Q-axis].

4. Click [OK]. Move the Z-axis lever to where it does not interfere with the syringe pusher.

Then, execute Q-axis MT-reset. It is OK to execute the Q-axis MT-reset at any position.

5. Click [OK]. Holder A moves to the front and the R-axis servo turns ON. Do NOT touch

the head, because the R-axis and Q-axis automatically rotate during this motion.
