5. Raise the holder A spool valve by hand.

6. Move holder A to the Z-axis motor roller position by hand.

7. Click [Move to Lower Position] to lower the spool valve.

8. Check that the lowered spool valve can be lowered a little more by hand (there is some

extra downward stroke).

Check there is a small gap

9. Check all the spool valves have some extra stroke in the upward and downward

directions. If they do not, loosen the motor mounting bolts and adjust the height of the

motor.

10. The stepping motor adjustment is now complete. Turn the IO check jig power OFF and

then remove the head from the jig.

11. Finally, set the adjusted placement head on the module and start a Job. Then, check if

the stepping motor works without error.
