PCB ORIGIN
The reference point of inspection. As below picture, if PCB flow direction is from Left to
Right side, the bottom left side is the origin of PCB, and If PCB flow direction is from Right
to Left, the bottom right side is the origin of PCB

AXIS STROKE(Unit. mm)
1. Set up the MIN/MAX motion range in X, Y, and Z axis. (Values differ from the machine type)
It serves an interlock function in S/W, and the movement command has to be set within this
range.
2. When you set AXIS STROKE, the range has to be set within the position of +, - Limit Sensor.
FID_INSPECTION_METHOD
It is the order of fiducial mark inspection on array board.
0. Fid->Pad->Fid->Pad->: Inspect the fiducial marks and start pad inspection on each array.
1. Fid All -> Pad All Inspection: After inspecting all fiducial marks in the board, pads are
inspected.

Machine Origin Offset
This is to use full stroke of each axis. When the probe moves to (-)Limit of X axis, (+)Limit
of Y axis as following picture, the center of Z axis(probe) is not completely matched to the
Limit due to the nature of machine. The offsets, which occur here, are compensated in this
option. (Factory Setting)
CONVEYOR WIDTH
When the rail width is adjusted, the limit of MIN/MAX rail width can be set here in this
item. If the values are not within min-max range when the conveyor width is adjusted,
errors occur.
