7.1.2. Diagnosis for Motion & Conveyor (Kohyoung Level)
It is a function to diagnose the status of X, Y, Z Motion and Conveyor Sensor.
1. Motion Test Mode
It is to check X – Y – Z Axis Motion.
POSCHECKSIGMA: Input the delay time from 0 to 50 and press Enter key to check
the motion error on X, Y, and Z axis.
POS A ~~ POS H: Check the motion of X, Y and Z Axis on each stroke section
2. PCB Sensor Check
It is to check the status of PCB Sensors(Entry, Work, Exit) of conveyor.
START: Test the Conveyor PCB Sensor automatically.
RESET: Reset PCB Sensor test result.

7.1.3. MACHIEN AGING MODE (Kohyoung Level)
This is a test mode for movement of Motion, Conveyor Width Aging and inspection.
1. SETBACK MODE ( INSP CONV AGING MODE )
SETBACK 1: Mode to inspect PCB at Entry and Work conveyor repeatedly
SETBACK 2: Mode to inspect PCB at Entry, Work and Exit conveyor repeatedly
SETBACK 3: Mode to inspect PCB at Work conveyor fixed
SETBACK 5: Mode to inspect PCB at Work conveyor, then inspect Plate Down-Up
SETBACK 0: General inspection mode
2. AXIS AGING MODE (Factory Setting)
Motion (X, Y) Axis Aging Mode. X and Y axis repeatedly move to the Min/Max position of
the stroke.
0. START: Axis Aging Mode START
1. STOP: Axis Aging Mode STOP
3. AXIS AGING MODE ( Factory Setting )
This is a mode which moves to Home of conveyor or particular position repeatedly.
0. START: Start width control of conveyor.
1. STOP: Stop width control of conveyor
