Description
Remarks
Idle
The machine is ready for inspection.
The manual function can be used only while the machine is idle status.
Run
Inspection is in progress.
Stop
Inspection has been interrupted or has stopped.
Error
An error has occurred during machine operation.
EMO(Emergency)
The emergency button on the machine has been pressed or the front
door has been opened.

Transfer-in
PCB arrives on work position after detected
by Entry-In sensor.
Inspect
KY Machine inspects the PCB.

PCB is on standby until next machine sends
request signal.
Transfer-out
PCB board is moved out to next machine
from work position.
