7.1.3. MACHIEN AGING MODE (Kohyoung Level)
This is a test mode for movement of Motion, Conveyor Width Aging and inspection.
1. SETBACK MODE ( INSP CONV AGING MODE )
SETBACK 1: Mode to inspect PCB at Entry and Work conveyor repeatedly
SETBACK 2: Mode to inspect PCB at Entry, Work and Exit conveyor repeatedly
SETBACK 3: Mode to inspect PCB at Work conveyor fixed
SETBACK 5: Mode to inspect PCB at Work conveyor, then inspect Plate Down-Up
SETBACK 0: General inspection mode
2. AXIS AGING MODE (Factory Setting)
Motion (X, Y) Axis Aging Mode. X and Y axis repeatedly move to the Min/Max position of
the stroke.
0. START: Axis Aging Mode START
1. STOP: Axis Aging Mode STOP
3. AXIS AGING MODE ( Factory Setting )
This is a mode which moves to Home of conveyor or particular position repeatedly.
0. START: Start width control of conveyor.
1. STOP: Stop width control of conveyor

The machine is ready for inspection.
The manual function can be used only while the machine is idle status.
Run
Inspection is in progress.
Stop
Inspection has been interrupted or has stopped.
Error
An error has occurred during machine operation.
EMO(Emergency)
The emergency button on the machine has been pressed or the front
door has been opened.
