Insert O-RING

LE6-M5FL4-000 / O-RING (VITON)

Insert SCREW SHAFT to SCREW POMP and then

close the cap to complete this operation.

* Pay attention to the position of V CUT on LOWER

BERAING and secure that SCREW SHFT has been

inserted completely.

This is the procedure to install O-RING on Rotating Dispense Nozzle, Please carry out installation

following the below procedure.

Set O-RING on COLLAR

＊Recommend replacing O-RING once a month

COLLR (LE7-M5F10-00x)

O-RING(LE7-M5F1A-00x)

Set O-RING on COLLAR (opposite side)

＊Recommend replacing O-RING once a month

COLLR (LE7-M5F10-00x)

O-RING(LE7-M5F1A-00x)

Set COLLAR on BODY,MAIN

Apply silicon grease to inner side of O-RING by

a cotton swab

BODY,MAIN (LE7-M5F12-00x)

SILICON GREASE (LG1-M89AB-00x)

Set COLLAR on BODY,MAIN

Adjust the positioning slit to the positioning pin
