Eject Motion [Start (E)]
Press the [Start (E)] button to begin the eject operation. The eject operation stops automatically after 10
minutes or when the [Start (E)] button is pressed again.
NOTE: If the flow of material stops at some point in the tube, or if there is no discharge from the nozzle even after
the 10-minute eject operation, increase the air pressure and perform another eject operation.
NOTE: If no discharge occurs even after the above actions, the nozzle is clogged or the material has hardened. In
this case, clean the nozzle and the pump interior.
Execute the Dot Station Eject program.
Execute as follows: Production Program > Ejecting After Charging.

Mirror and lens of camera
If the surface of the lens /lens filter of fixed camera is dirty by grease or dirt, and if any obstacles such as
dropped components or deposits are remained on those parts, wrong recognition problem or recognition
error may be caused. Check mirror and lens every day and clean them if dirty. Be sure to keep them always
clean without any obstacles or deposits.
NOTE: Clean the proper part for each camera type. (See the chart below. O: Should be cleaned, X: No need to be
cleaned

Cleaning of Teach Camera
The lens of teach camera faces downward, and usually it would not get any dirt/dust under the normal
operation. However, if it gets dirty, blow air using blower brush from the bottom of the teach camera in
order to remove the dust.
Cleaning of Lens Filter
When components or obstacles get on the lens filter, remove them with a blower brush or tweezers.
When the grease gets on the filter, use camera lens cleaner and lens cleaning tissue.
If condensation occurs inside the protective filter, remove the filter to wipe off the moisture with lens
cleaning tissue.

Lubricate the specified portions listed below with cotton swab soaked with lubricant.
