Preparation for Mapping
Menue ‘Mapping’
executes only the PCB mapping.
Menue ‘Mapping and Heads’
executes only the BCB mapping and RV mapping of C&P head, as also the IC-Mapping of TWIN-
head.
Calibration tools will be used in serial modus with one mapping plate or in parallel modus with two
or more Mapping plates.
min. 1 nozzle 956 is required at the C&P-head;
nozzle 517 is required on TWIN head
with starting PCB mapping, any corner at the mapping plate can be taught as reference corner.
from this corner as reference, a cross-type-fiducial is measured and in conjunction with another
fiducial on the other side, the angle offset of the mapping-plate is measured.
