¾ placement machine works with two different operation positions.
In this case, the standard deviation value increases
¾ target value (C
m
- value) not achieved
¾ average value of all placement positions for each individual head is different to the ideal
placement position
¾ all placement positions of each individual head have the same offset
Attention:
- overall average value of both heads can be in tolerance
- offset correction can be performed in the software
