Course type: SIPLACE Advanced Level 2 Training for SIPLACE D-Series
Description: The training aims to give SIPLACE customers, primarily service personnel, more detailed
knowledge so that they are able to locate and solve errors in SIPLACE D machines.
The course participants should already know the various assemblies in the SIPLACE D-
series machines and their special functions. In addition, it is assumed that they are
already familiar with the dynamic axis behavior of the machines, the conveyor system
and that they understand the communication and energy supply to the individual
subsystems. They should be able to replace spare parts and perform the corresponding
settings and calibrations.
Participants should already understand the interrelationship of functions and machine
processes in detail and should be able to localize and fix errors.
Course duration: The "Customer Training AL2 SIPLACE D-Series" course generally lasts 5 days, with the
following course hours:
First day: Course begins at 10:00
Last day: Course ends at 12:00
The other course days begin at 8:00 and end around 16:00 hours.
Target group: This training course is aimed primarily at customer staff, including:
Technical service personnel
Requirements: Since the content relates closely to the D-series machines, the maximum number of
participants is restricted to 6.
Successful participation requires that participants have already completed the following
training courses:
SIPLACE training AL1 for D-series
Training location: The training can take place in any SIPLACE training center which is equipped with a D-
Series machine and the 603/604 software.
