概要
1-1
定义
所谓MS参数,是记录机器之装配状况的参数,将作为机器动作的基准。
MS参数中有6个项目:初始设置用于记录有没有选项和记录动作规格等偏移量设置用于记
录组装时相对于设计值的误差;同样,“VCS偏移量设置用于记录与VCS有关的误差;调整确
用于对真空等的调整进行确认;版本升级用于更换控制基板后从新改写基板的动作软件
进行记录;显示用于切换图像画面上的设置项目的显示。
