Safety Precautions
“Safety Precautions” describes the precautionary items that
should be kept to prevent personal injury or property damage be-
forehand and use the machine safely.
1. About Safety Precaution Labels
The following warning signs are classified into three categories ac-
cording to the degree of danger.
Please fully understand the meaning of each sign for safety precau-
tions.
Identifying Alert Icons
: This symbol mark represents danger or prompts warning.
: This symbol mark represents prohibited operations.
: This symbol mark represents forced operations or instruc-
tions.
2. Refer “Checking Items” in “Volume 1 : Operation”
for the following contents.
2.1 About Safety Precation Label.
2.2 Safety Requirements.
2.3 About Warning Label.
2.4 Safety-Related Function.
This indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, may result in injury or physical dam-
age.
This indicates an imminently hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious
injury.
This indicates a potentially hazardous situation which,
if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.

Recognition Monitor

The recognition monitor is used to check how the P.E.C. or
the component recognition is performed or to perform the
manual alignment operation when P.C.B.’s cannot be recog-
nized properly.
