Adjustment plate for aligning the guide rails
Feeler gauge 2 mm

You should also comply with the safety instructions in Chapter 1.
● Adjust the width of the board conveyor to the width of the adjustment plate.
● Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the power supply.
● Make sure that the machine cannot be switched on while you are working.
● Place the adjustment plate on the board conveyor so that one half of the plate is located in the aligned part
and the other half is in the part which is to be aligned.
● Slide the guide rail which is to be adjusted towards the adjustment plate until it is separated from it by
0.2 mm; fix the guide rail in position.
● Slide the adjustment plate by hand through the entire board conveyor, making sure that it slides easily and
without forcing all the way through.
● You should also make sure that the adjustment plate slides easily and without forcing from one conveyor
onto the next.
● You may need to adjust the guide rails of the individual conveyors such that they align with each other.
● Finally carry out a function test under the Conveyor functions menu.

6.7.1 Removing the lifting table

You should also comply with the safety instructions in Chapter 1.
● Select the maximum width setting for the Board conveyor so that you can carry out servicing work unim-
peded.
● Move the gantry or gantries to outside the board transportation area.
● Switch off the machine at the main switch and disconnect it from the main power supply.
● Make sure that the machine cannot be switched on while you are carrying out servicing work.
● Slacken off the M 1.5 hexagon socket screws at the rocking levers and remove the ball bearing (A).
● Lift the lifting table plate vertically upwards and off (B).
CAUTION OO
The lifting table plate is heavy.
● Make sure that you do not tilt the lifting table as you lift it out, otherwise you may bend the guide columns.
● Set the lifting table plate face downwards on a flat and clean surface.
NOTE O
Do not place the lifting plate on its side. Do not rest it on the guide columns. This could bend the guide col-
umns.
