On the solenoid valve, there is a small, light-red push-button (item A, Fig. 8.2.1 page 8 - 4). This is used to
disable the clamping while the automatic placement machine is running.

Do not move the disabled z axis manually unless the clamping device has been deactivated. The compressed
air supply must first have reached working pressure.
To deactivate, press the red push-button on the solenoid valve. If you do not follow this warning, the sleeve
clamping device may be damaged.

The IC head board contains the vacuum analysis device, the push-lock terminals for the axes, the solenoid
valves of the IC head, etc. See also Fig. 8.2.2.

● Loosen the synchronizing disc to slacken off the toothed belt.
● Replace the toothed belt.
● Adjust the tension of the toothed belt until the belt tension measuring device displays a frequency of
190Hz ± 5Hz.
● Check the zero point correction value and the axis servo setting.
