5. Measure the nozzle holder rotational runout. (Fig. 4)

After assembling the head, measure the rotational runout
of the nozzle holder with a lever-operated dial gauge.
ヘッド組立て後、ノズルホルダーの回転振れ量をダイヤルゲージにて測定します。
组装吸头后，用扛杆式千分表测量吸嘴支架的转动振动量。
6. Attach the coupling to the motor and lock in place.
モータにカップリングを取り付け、固定します
在电机上安装联轴器后，将其固定住。
Clearance: 0.4 ~ 0.6 mm

7. Attach the motor and tighten the coupling.
モータを取り付け、カップリングを締めます。
安装电机后，拧紧联轴器。
Turn the holder to the
origin position (nozzle guide comes to right when viewed from front) and
tighten the coupling.

8. Attach the top cover.

1. Detach the head unit.
ヘッドユニットを取り外します。
卸下头装置。
‘Head Unit Replacement Procedure’.
2. Cut the cable ties and disconnect the connectors.
(Figs. 1 and 2)
インシュロックを切り、コネクタを外します。(Figs. 1 and 2)
切断捆束带后，卸下连接器。(Figs. 1 and 2)
3. Detach the cover. (Fig. 1)
カバーを取り外します。(Fig. 1)
拆下盖。(Fig. 1)
4. Loosen the coupling (1-M3). (Figs. 1 and 3)
カップリング (1-M3) を緩めます。(Figs. 1 and 3)
拧松联轴器 (1-M3) 。(Figs. 1 and 3)

5. Remove the motor bolts (2-M4) and detach the motor. (Fig. 4)
モータのボルト (2-M4) を外し、モータを取り外します。(Fig. 4)
卸下电机的螺栓 (2-M4) 后，卸下电机。(Fig. 4)
(If the motor installation plate is loosened, the motor will
have to be centered.)
