1192 Glue spot check: error in measurement results
CAUSE
● Possibly incorrect Eprom version; otherwise software error
REMEDY
● Check Eprom version
1193 Glue spots too large for calculating volume adaption
CAUSE
● The size of glue spots is outside the control range for volume adaption (-5....+5); incorrect gluing
station configuration
REMEDY
● Check process parameters: nozzle diameter, spacer, temperature;
check gluing station configuration
1194 Glue spot check: no evaluation due to low qual.
CAUSE
● The shape or contrast of the glue spot was not good enough for the glue spot check.
REMEDY
● Check the gluing needle (defective, dirty).
The glue is leaving threads (check glue temperature)
Color of the glue is not satisfactory (for example, white glue), leading to poor contrast with the
glue scraper roller where the glue spot check is made.

● Check glue nozzle and spacer. Replace glue cartridge. Check glue characteristics.
1197 Dots of glue too small
CAUSE
● Glue dot size is outside correction range.
TO RECTIFY
● Check glue nozzle and spacer and clean glue nozzle. Replace glue cartridge. Check glue charac-
teristics.
