476 IC head vacuum of pick-up circle not in valid range

CAUSE

● Nozzle dirty; vacuum cannot be switched on; permissible vacuum limit value for open nozzle erro-

neous.

REMEDY

● Clean nozzle; check vacuum output and vacuum valve; correct vacuum limit value for open

nozzle.

477 Nozzle available on IC head

CAUSE

● According to the software configuration there is already a nozzle at the head. This message

appears when an attempt is still made to start the pick-up procedure.

REMEDY

● If there does not happen to be a nozzle at the head, set up the nozzle specified by the configura-

tion by hand.

478 Deviation position Z-axis at nozzle changer IC head

CAUSE

● Z-axis has gone beyond or not reached its desired position (MA data); the Z-axis is jamming

the nozzle is already at the head at pick-up.

REMEDY

● Check the x, y and z positions; make sure the axis can move freely.

479 Deviation rotation D-axis pick up nozzle IC head

CAUSE

● The d axis is rotating with standstill check as far as the stop. If the actual position (angular posi-

tion at the stop) deviates from the desired position (MA data) by more than 15 degrees in either

the positive or the negative direction, this message will appear.

REMEDY

● Remeasurement and inputting into MA data.

480 Deviation rotation D-axis return nozzle IC head

CAUSE

CAUSE

● A nozzle is being requested which is not in the nozzle changer.

REMEDY

● If request by machine: check set-up.

If input by operator: correct incorrect input.

● A new assignment in the nozzle changer IC head is being called for by the line computer.

REMEDY

● Set up new assignment and acknowledge.

484 Coplan.: Division by zero

CAUSE

● Placement level could not be determined.

REMEDY

● Repeat measurement.

486 Coplan.: Component outside of measuring range

CAUSE

● Component not in focus during coplanarity measurement.

REMEDY

● Check focus of coplanarity; check clamping of Z-axis IC head.

487 Coplan.: One pin of component missing

CAUSE

● Focusing of coplanarity measurement incorrect; component defective.

REMEDY

● Check focusing; repeat measurement.

488 Coplan.: Measuring on one pin finished

CAUSE

● Focusing of coplanarity measurement incorrect; component defective.

REMEDY

● Check focus; repeat measurement.

489 Coplan.: Pin outside of coplan. position tolerance

CAUSE

● Pin bent; component defective.

REMEDY

● Repeat measurement with new component.

490 Coplan.: Placement level not found

CAUSE

● Placement level could not be determined.

REMEDY

● Repeat measurement.
