CAUSE
● Transmission error during transmission of machine controller with component table.
REMEDY
● If error keeps recurring, reset station; if resetting does not work, replace component table.

CAUSE
● Package form description erroneous; software error.
REMEDY
● Check and respecify package form description; inform Siemens Service.
399 Program loss of table or trolley control
CAUSE
● Battery reserve in the component table is not working.
REMEDY
● Fit new battery to component table.
400 RAM of trolley control defective
CAUSE
● Hardware error in the component table
REMEDY
● If error keeps recurring, reset station; if resetting does not work, replace component table.
401 New nozzle configuration is required
CAUSE
● New cluster with different nozzle configuration
REMEDY
● If no nozzle changer is present, apply new nozzle configuration manually to placement head.

CAUSE

CAUSE
● Nozzle worn.
REMEDY
● Fit new nozzle.
405 Fault during vacuum measuring in reject position
CAUSE
● Proximity switch defective; component jammed between screwdriver and segment;
motor of the screwdriver defective.
REMEDY
● Replace proximity switch, adjust sensing distance; remove component; check toothing for
damage; replace motor with hub, carry out calibration on the motor control board.
406 Axis does not find the correct zero pulse
CAUSE
● Measurement head incorrectly set
REMEDY
● Check zero pulse at the measurement head (moving scale) of the longitudinal measurement
system. Adjust or replace measurement head.
407 Communication with table disturbed
CAUSE
● Timeout during request to the component table controller.
REMEDY
● Check cabling.
408 Table has received unknown command
CAUSE
● Obsolete TISCH.HEX file.
REMEDY
● Update TISCH.HEX file.
410 Telegram to coplanarity too long
CAUSE
● Package form description of the component includes too much information.
REMEDY
● Check and respecify package form data; the package form is too large and cannot be processed.
423 Position: Evaluation not possible
CAUSE
● Component is not positioned properly at the nozzle, or is missing; optical image inadequate.
REMEDY
● Change the illumination values and / or the LUT.
