CAUSE
● At pick-up of the component division number not in the set-up; checksum of the set-up erroneous.
REMEDY
● Reboot and inform Siemens Service.
547 WPC: One tray of saved set-up missing
CAUSE
● No tray present when changing levels; the "Tray in magazine" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
● Fit new "Tray in magazine" Bero.
548 WPC: When returning tray, level occupied
CAUSE
● Tray placed in travel range of the feed axis (when feed axis moved out);
the "Tray in magazine" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
● Remove tray; fit new "Tray in magazine" Bero.
549 WPC: Tray has been taken out.
CAUSE
● Ready tray was removed; the "Tray ready" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
● Re-insert tray; fit new "Tray ready" Bero.
550 WPC: Take-over position already occupied
CAUSE
● A tray already occupied the take-over position; the "Tray ready" Bero is defective.
REMEDY
● Remove tray; fit new "Tray ready" Bero.
551 WPC: Tray in incorrect position or protection not closed properly.
CAUSE
● Guard not correctly closed; tray positioned incorrectly; the "Lock against rotation " Bero is defec-
tive.
REMEDY
● Close guard correctly; insert tray correctly; fit new "Lock against rotation" Bero.
552 WPC: Feed axis has touched protection.
CAUSE
● The "Lock against rotation" Bero is defective; guard was opened during change procedure; tray
inserted incorrectly and driven against the guard.
REMEDY
● Close guard; fit new "Lock against rotation" Bero; insert tray correctly.

553 Coplan.: Software error during system call RIO
CAUSE
● Communication with the coplanarity module has been interrupted
REMEDY
● Check the V-24 interface cable; check the jumper setting of the coplanarity module.
554 Communication between SR and MC interrupted
CAUSE
● Hardware fault in a module (M18, M34) or a wiring fault.
REMEDY
● Replace modules; check the wiring at the back of the control unit.
555 IC head nozzle changer option not set
CAUSE
● The nozzle-changer was called without this option being set in the line computer.
REMEDY
● Configure the nozzle-changer in the line computer.
556 Nozzle type not available
CAUSE
● During nozzle changing or pick-up a nozzle type was demanded which lies outside the valid
range.
REMEDY
● Check the cluster and set-up.
557 Nozzle type not in IC-head nozzle changer set-up
CAUSE
● The nozzle type required was not included in the nozzle-changer set-up
REMEDY
● Modify nozzle-changer set-up.
558 Error during MVS initialization via HS3L
CAUSE
● Wiring of HS3L interface faulty; MVS card not inserted correctly in control unit.
REMEDY
● Check HS3L wiring; check seating of the MVS card.
559 Data error in MC: optical centering indices incorrect
CAUSE
● The job data are inconsistent.
REMEDY
● Check the camera records in the REAL.MA file; check the job data (GF data) in the line computer.

CAUSE
● Error in program run
In the menu "General errors" the following applies to Info1:
Info1 = 1 Setting up not necessary
Info1 = 2 Magazine no. invalid
Info1 = 3 Segment no. invalid
Info1 = 4 Garage not found
REMEDY
● Notify Siemens Service.
561 Modify SP head nozzle-changer
CAUSE
● The corresponding nozzle type has not been set up in the nozzle-changer
REMEDY
● Modify nozzle-changer set-up in accordance with required specification and confirm in the menu
with the return key.
562 Error while loading GF geom. description data into MVS
CAUSE
● Camera records in real.ma are erroneous; old MVS Eprom version; GF description (line compu-
ter) erroneous; incorrect sensor system type input at line computer
REMEDY
● Check camera records (real.ma); check Eprom MVS version
563 Error while loading GF meas. conditions data into MVS
CAUSE
● Erroneous manipulation of measuring conditions (test vision system / component; “Rucksack” file
from line computer faulty (part of GF file which can be manipulated)
REMEDY
● Undo manipulation; delete “Rucksack” file in the line computer or assign new GF number
565 Error during loading of fiducials into MVS
CAUSE
● Fiducial data from the line computer or station computer disk are erroneous; incorrect MVS
