● Proximity switch defective; component jammed between screwdriver and segment;
motor of the screwdriver defective.
REMEDY
● Replace proximity switch, adjust sensing distance; remove component; check toothing for
damage; replace motor with hub, carry out calibration on the motor control board.
385 BERO SZ2 not released
CAUSE
Proximity switch defective; component jammed between screwdriver and segment;

CAUSE
● When the belt speed was set there was a PCB board on the input conveyor; sensor defective

● Remove the PCB board; fit new sensor.

● M10000 crash; line interruption

● Reset M10000; check cable connection.

CAUSE
● File TISCH.HEX erroneous.
