238 Stopper jam during retraction
CAUSE
● Compressed air lacking; back pressure too high; stopper defective.
REMEDY
● Check compressed air; adjust back pressure; replace stopper.
239 Component description of coplanarity is not complete
CAUSE
● Package form data erroneous.
REMEDY
● Check package form data and respecify set-up.
240 Command data format to coplanarity is invalid
CAUSE
● Package form data, set-up, cluster erroneous.
REMEDY
● Check and respecify package form data, set-up, cluster.
241 Coplanarity tolerance is zero
CAUSE
● Coplanarity tolerance (max. component height tolerance) in the set-up for the placement positi-
ons of the circuit image is zero.
REMEDY
● Increase coplanarity tolerance (max. component height tolerance) and respecify set-up and clu-
ster.
242 No PCB on the center conveyor
CAUSE
● Transportation onto output conveyor was started under single functions although there is no
board on the center conveyor; sensor in the center conveyor defective.
REMEDY
● Only start transportation onto the output conveyor under single functions when there is a board
on the center conveyor; fit new sensor.
243 PCB does not reach the output conveyor
CAUSE
● PCB board jamming in the center conveyor; sensor defective.
REMEDY
● Correct the jamming; fit new sensor.

244 Center conveyor occupied
CAUSE
● When the function "Board to center conveyor" started there already was a PCB board on the cen-
ter conveyor; sensor defective.
When the belt speed was set the center conveyor was occupied.
REMEDY
● Remove the PCB board; fit new sensor.
245 Output conveyor occupied
CAUSE
● When the function "Board to output conveyor" started there already was a PCB board on the out-
put conveyor; sensor of output conveyor defective.
When the belt speed was set output conveyor was occupied.
REMEDY
● Remove the PCB board; fit new sensor.
246 BERO of left table side is not activated
CAUSE
● Bero is not covered.
REMEDY
● Check Bero.
247 Error in axis programming (left table side)
CAUSE
● Bero of the left table side defective; axis could not be moved.
REMEDY
● Check Bero; reboot.
248 BERO of left table side responding constantly
CAUSE
● Bero constantly covered.
REMEDY
● Check Bero.

● Remove the PCB board.

CAUSE
● Relay K5 defective.
REMEDY
● Replace relay K5.
253 No operating voltage
CAUSE
● Cover open; start button pressed too briefly.
REMEDY
● Close cover completely; press start button longer.
254 Protective interlocking is defective
CAUSE
● The protective switch is defective.
REMEDY
● Replace protective switch.
258 Vacuum of the holding circuit is too low
CAUSE
● Segments leaky; compressed air too low; vacuum circuit defective.
REMEDY
● Check segments; adjust compressed air; replace vacuum circuit.
