CAUSE
● Coplanarity has been selected for BGAs; erroneous GF description in the line computer
REMEDY
● Deactivate coplanarity option; check GF description
568 Error while loading parameter pool into MVS
CAUSE
● Erroneous data in the SST.ma file; incorrect MVS Eprom version
REMEDY
● Check the SST.ma file; check the MVS Eprom version
569 Limited feeder position recognition
CAUSE
● Feeder fiducials are outside the travel range of the main axes
REMEDY
● Set feeder up for locations which lie within the travel range of the board camera
570 Nozzle not picked up from <magazine/garage>:
CAUSE
● Garage indicated of the magazine in question is already empty; x, y or z positions are not correct

574 Feeder position recognition not possible
CAUSE
● Conveyor fiducials are outside the travel range of the main axes
REMEDY
● Set up the conveyor for locations which are within the travel range of the board camera
575 Incorrect centering device setting for component concerned
CAUSE
● Incorrect entry in the line computer GF editor.
REMEDY
● Change the processing data for the package form in the line computer GF editor.
576 Incorrect placement sequence in cluster data
CAUSE
● Inconsistency in the cluster data
TO RECTIFY
● Generate a new placement sequence on the line computer. Notify Siemens Service.
578 Nozzle not ejected into rejects box
CAUSE
● The component or the nozzle is jamming at the rejects box.
The rejects box is full.
REMEDY
● Use the SITEST program to record the x, y and z nozzle positions.
Remove the obstacle or empty the rejects box.
579 Coplan: Bad component, to be returned
CAUSE
● Lead height outside tolerance.
TO RECTIFY
● Discard the component.
580 Copl: Comp. cannot be measured (ex. offset)
CAUSE
● Coplanarity measurement not possible due to results of optical centering measurement.

694 Incorrect nozzle length
CAUSE
● No nozzle present.
The nozzle is seated incorrectly.
The wrong nozzle type has been set up.
REMEDY
● Make sure the head is fitted with the correct nozzle.
Check the seating of the nozzle.
696 Warning: Break to DP1-axis
CAUSE
● Internal program run error when the DP1-axis is overshooting.
REMEDY
● Confirm the error message.
If this error occurs frequently, please notify Siemens Service
697 Warning: Break to DP2-axis
CAUSE
● Internal program run error when the DP1-axis is overshooting.
REMEDY
● Confirm the error message.
If this error occurs frequently, please notify Siemens Service
698 Error during break to DP1-axis: boot!
CAUSE
● It is not possible to confirm error message 696 with respect to the internal program run error.
REMEDY
● Reboot the station. Notify Siemens Service.
699 Error during break to DP2-axis: boot!
CAUSE
● It is not possible to confirm error message 697 with respect to the internal program run error.
REMEDY
● Reboot the station. Notify Siemens Service.
701 BO: Info received is not a message (ident/code)
CAUSE
● BO has received a message which is not actually classified as a message. The details (ident
code) concern the contents of the message. These values are given in (Info1/Info2).
REMEDY
● Write down error message giving the complete error message and under what conditions the
error occurred. With the machine at standstill, reset the machine.
