1.2 System Requirements
SIPLACE Explorer V2.1 provides various installation variants for the different components: 1
– Factory Layout Central Installation (CI)
– Factory Layout Distributed Installation (DI)
– Single Line Layout
We recommend that you use one of these installation variants for your system. For a detailed de-
scription, please see Section “Standard Installation of SIPLACE Explorer” on page 15. 1
