Procedure

(1) Wipe old grease out using a rag.

(2) Apply new grease on the screw shaft using a syringe.

Note

Perform the cleaning and oiling operations using the same procedure also in the

system where the Y510mm Single Transfer Unit (Option) has been mounted.

Note

This optional unit can be selected when the system is delivered from the factory.

Procedure

(1) Wipe out old great using a cloth.

Do not leave any ber on it.

(2) Attach the micro hose onto the hand grease gun and apply new grease from

the grease nipple.

Note

The nozzle to be used should be SPK-3C.
