Prepare a container and pull down the black cap each on the lter case lower

section to drain.

(1) Turn the cover unit in the direction shown in the gure, using the air-lter

case removing jig to remove the cover.

(2) While rotating the lter holder counterclockwise, pull it out.

(3) Pull out the lter and blow air to it for cleaning.

(4) Insert the lter back in place and turn the lter holder clockwise to attach.

(5) Attach the lter cover.

Note

When the lter has become defective, replace it with a new one.
