2.2 Recommendations for the use of chemical clean-
ing agents

• Avia Antifrost C - antifreeze, (corrosion protection for internal coolant wa-
ter circuit)
• Granulate

• Felt wheels
The points listed below must be executed before performing any of the tasks
described in these instructions.
1. Switch off the heaters and the conveyor.
2. Before performing any further work, wait until the shutdown routine has
been fully completed!
3. Set the operating mode software-switch to Service.
Attention!
Allow the system to cool down for at least 1 hour before working in the
heating chamber. The door at the front should be opened as well.

2.3 Maintenance Schedule
Specified cycles and times may vary depending upon throughput and the
types of materials processed in the system. The specified times are based
upon empirical values for 3-shift operation.
Under certain circumstances, specified maintenance intervals must be
adapted to prevailing conditions by the operator (production volumes, num-
ber of shifts etc.)
2.3.1 Maintenance Schedule Nitro
Note!
To ensure that equipment is gas tight after maintenance or repair work, a
residual oxygen measurement should be made.
Warning!
The temperature should be measured occasionally. The temperature must
be checked and measured again after servicing. .
