Basic Functions of CM301 Editor
2-2 Main Functions
This part describes the main functions of the Editor simply.
a) File
Open
Opens the screen for each data edit.
Close
Exits the Editor.
b) Edit
Copy Line
Copies the chosen row.
Paste
Pastes the copied data onto the newly chosen row when you have copied the chosen row.
Delete Line
Deletes the chosen row.
Find
Searches the row that fits the entered conditions.
Replace
Replaces the current data with the entered conditions (at all rows or the chosen row).
Add New Line
Creates a new row.
Insert New Line
Inserts a new row.
c) View
Base
Displays the data when created.
Adjustment
Displays the feedback data from the machine.

Choose the type of chip you will edit.
2. ChipName
Choose the shape of chip you will edit.
3. ChipSize
∗ Length(L), Wide(W), Thick(T)
Enter the size of chip.
4. SpeedData
∗ MntSpeed
Enter the speed at when chips are mounted.
Normally, set it to100 (maximum speed). If the precision is not satisfactory, set a little lower value.
∗ PUpSpeed
Enter the speed at when chips are picked up.
Usually, set it to100 (maximum speed). If the precision is not satisfactory, set a little lower value.
∗ Recog Speed
Select the speed in recognition.
5. Detail
∗ PickUpPosition
Enter the chip pick-up position.
∗ EjectHeight
Enter the height at when the chip is ejected.

∗ HoldingTimer
Set the chip holding time at when the chip is picked up and mounted.
Normally, set a standard. If a vacuum leaks terribly, set a twofold or fourfold value.
